Alcantara Gorges

The 50-meter-high rocks that line the river Alcantara have in the course of time created a real canyon that has always been a destination for adventurers and exploration lovers.

Cathedral of Taormina

The Duomo, located in the modest Piazza Duomo, overlooked by noble and administrative buildings, the Duomo is dedicated to San Nicola di Bari and dates back to the 13th century.

Isola Bella

Isola Bella is the famous and evocative islet, covered by lush vegetation, located a few meters from the beach of Taormina. A thin strip of sand connects it to the mainland and therefore you can easily reach it by walking along this natural road that emerges and disappears according to the whims of the currents and tides.

Greek theatre

The most important and best preserved ancient monument of Taormina is the theater.

It was built in a wonderful vantage point, from which you can admire the mass of Etna and the Ionian Sea.
The building was rebuilt in Roman times and more precisely in the 2nd century AD.

For years now, the theater of Taormina is the splendid setting of cultural events and international awards
